  Called 1-01-2017. The girl who answered got mad because I asked the hours. Gave attitude like why are you calling here. The problem with this place I find is 100%staff. Wait staff is extremely rude and incompetent. The host are so non-welcoming. Every time I come they bring out the food at different times so you have to wait with your food while the other person waits. They need find out who's doing the hiring here and have there head examined. It's like lets's hand pick the rudest laziest people in Hayward to work here.

  Our hostess was great the server was blah.They give you a ton of yummy food for the price I also tried a sea salt caramel milkshake it was not very good. I honestly dont like any of their BBQ sauces but the meat was prepared so well it didn't even matter.

  I have been to this wonderful restaurant for many different occasions. From a simple meal with a couple of friends, to a large Family Banquet and it has never failed to provide the best food and service. The food has consistantly been top quality. Very warm and inviting decor, yet family friendly.
