  absolutely horrible. never substitute mashed potatoes for potato salad. water down sauce. NEVER EVER AGAIN. NICE PEOPLE!!!

  I rate Carmen's BBQ no stars because the first time I went there I bought a pork rib sandwiches witch consisted of two pieces of ribs and bread. The ribs were extremely dry and had virtually no meat on the bones. They charged me $11 dollars. The ribs looked and tasted like they had been sitting under a heat lamp for days. I blame myself for not checking my meal before I left, so that part is on me. Subsequently I have never gone back and never will. I'm from the south so I know good BBQ when I see and eat it. That's not Carmen's!!!!
  P.S in order for me to post my review I had to touch at least one star with they truly don't deserve. Thank you.
